 No one knows where the roads in your life will take you but if you believe in yourself the sky's the limit.  I have been throwing seriously for the last 7-8 years and have gone from heavy with funky form to light and recognizable forms. Today I am better and I know I still a long road ahead. I believe I can go the distance. I can keep learning and growing.


I have so many ideas to explore and today really is the first day of my life.

NCECA 2015

I've had a few days to process my time at NCECA, the premium Potters Conference. NCECA was held in Providence Rhode Island and there were almost 5,000 potters there. I saw so much that I was on overload. The best parts were:

1- the artists
2- the demos
3- the new products

Saw people I have not seen in a long time. I saw Steve Branfman, raku artist, I went to high school with. I met new friends who I am sure I will work with and stay connected to.
